• She started her career at USWest/Qwest, worked in the cable industry, and then moved to TriZetto, a Healthcare software/hosting company.

• She loves a challenge. Examples of challenges she has led to cost effective solutions with satisfied customers include moving data centers, implementing bleeding edge applications, designing & implementing ITIL processes, & growing a hosting business from 0% to 30% of the revenue of a company in 5 years.

• She is passionate about getting all the capabilities of a team focused on exceeding the target, which is why she became certified in Emergenetics, EQi, and TESI. These tools allow not only the target to be met or exceeded; it also results in the team members being transformed by the project.

• She graduated from Regis University with a BS in Psychology, Summa cum Laude and earned a certificate in Leadership.
